Thanks, [~drankye]. Take a look at
{{TestCryptoStreamsWithOpensslAesCtrCryptoCodec.java}} for an example of
testing if a specific native library is loaded and failing the build if not.
Of course, prior to adding a test like this, you need to coordinate with the
build folks to make sure that ISA-L is installed on all our Jenkins machines.
