Thanks [~cmccabe] for the comments and suggestions. I just updated the patch,
it's tested on Windows as well.
bq. you need to coordinate with the build folks to make sure that ISA-L is
installed on all our Jenkins machines.
Good idea, when the library is equipped in the building boxes, we can give this
patch a chance to Jenkins build and ensure its quality. I will do that. Thanks.
