So I've had a thought bubbling in my head for a while, and upon further
reflection, this might be the trigger to finally do it:
Let's effectivelymerge smart-apply-patch and test-patch.
smart-apply-patch becomes a different driver for the bugsystem plugins that
test-patch supports. The patch download, check and apply code gets moved into
some shared area (builtin bug system?) so that both use a common system for
handling this stuff. This would eliminate test-patch from needing
smart-apply-patch since the code would be self contained. smart-apply-patch
hangs around for humans to use without triggering a test-patch run just to
check or apply.
Thoughts?
