Again?  The current Wiki is the original one that Andrew Oliver installed.
The new one is MoinMoin, which has (amongst other benefits) the ability to
have a Wiki per-PMC.  That addresses oversight concerns that have been
raised, plus it has a lot more functionality.

It is up and running now.  AFAIK, the only hangup is migrating existing
pages.

Hmmm ... if you want, I could look into setting up the Jakarta Wiki, even
without the data currently on nagoya.
