That sounds like a good plan. Let's cut an RC friday evening or
saturday morning. If the loading stuff is in by then, cool. If not,
then we will have an RC3.

I agree with Emmanuel that the RC1 should've been M1 and this should
be M2. No need to cry about spilled milk. We will do better for 1.1.

As long as we have something that does not have "SNAPSHOT" in it, I'm
fine. :-)
