Dan, are you suggesting something like XmlSchema-SNAPHOT.jar or
XmlSchema-SNAPSHOT-20060421.jar.

If XmlSchema-SNAPSHOT.jar
   SNAPSHOTs are PITS when they are shipped with a releases. If some one
downloads a release later and try to build with the SNAPSHOT, the
current SNAPSHOT may not be compatible now with the old release. Axis2
guys knows about this very well.

   The meaning of SNAPSHOT is lost here. SNAPSHOT is the snapshot of the
current source base.


What is the problem in releasing RCs, if they do not add that much of
overhead ? I'm doing this now in Axiom and for me it takes max 1/2 hour
to do that, which I'm ok to do.
