Thanks for the link. Wouldn't we have to know that the uploader was over the age of consent? I'm thinking that a young teenager wouldn't be in a position to enter a contract before that. That is, they wouldn't be in a position to say "I hereby release this image of my body parts (or anything else) irrevocably under a cc licence." Also, has the irrevocable nature of these image releases been upheld by a court?
