Owen

Was not sure that our CEO had outsourced some of his responsibilities to you.
However let me try and respond to your response.

My statement was pointing to precedent. Which in my understanding refers to
what has happened before. Allot of commitments do not seem to have any defined
timelines which is reflected by the many emails from members referring to
missed commitments.

Unfortunately this constant attempt to shelter the CEO from very basic
responsibilities by seeing statements like the one you refer to as unfair does
not do him any favours. In all our jobs we make time bound commitments which we
have to meet. Sorry but in a professional organisation "sometime next week"
does not pass. But you are asking us to accept that ??.

We need to separate the person from the role. Our CEO should be able to make
time bound commitments and meet them. Let's put friendship aside.

Regards.
