Dear Community and Membership

Hum !

The complaint document, beyond the allegations of harrasment shows the
conspiracy orchestrated during the CEO transition, the cronyism,
amateurism and the unfortunate micro-management set up as governance mode
by the board and management.

This can only lead to what is happening within our community-driven
organization, not to mention contempt for certain segments of the community
who disagree with this mode of operation, and who ring the bell to attract
the attention of the community , which can be read through comments like
("Francos" and "troublemakers").

The truths and the facts are now seen by all, here are the kinds of
perception that leaders have and those who have supported this unfortunate
system should now help us fix it and integrate the mechanisms so that it
never happens again.

Regards

Arnaud
