It is really refreshing to get facts and evidence … rather than opinion.

This is a challenge to AfriNIC: why does it take the opposing party to 
litigation to be transparent. It is a real indictment that CIL and not AfriNIC 
is publishing the injunction! I suggest you publish ALL the relevant 
documentation - or there will be only one fact based narrative!
