That's why we haven't done it.  :-)  Not for you specifically, but
generally.

I am curious.  Doesn't your ISP provide a mail server you could use?  In
your case, you could use SSH tunneling to minotaur, but that isn't available
to a normal user, so I am curious as to scale of the problem with legitimate
DHCP users.  AFAIK, ISPs using DHCP pools provide a mail gateway.
