A quick hack in that case, if you have access to SSH and can tunnel: set
up a tunnel over your SSH connection to minotaur's localhost port 25,
which will relay mail for anyone. This is safe, since only valid Apache
users can do this. I started to do exactly this with another shell host I
have when it became clear that a non-trivial number of my messages were
being bounced due to the MTA on my laptop attempting direct deliveries.
It has the side-advantage of shielding your outgoing mail against someone
sniffing your wireless LAN.
