OpenPlans is plone 2.5. I haven't peeked at what their planning now but last I looked they had tinkered with Prima 0.5 and decided to wait on an easier solution. I'm in to help although I'm not terribly familiar with the inner workings of Plone 3 yet. (Book to be ordered soon) One question for clarification, how does this idea differ from the PrimaGIS mindset?
