Andy, the version of the kernel build dated the 24th of Sept from the debian package deb http://prophet.homelinux.org/~lynx/debian unstable main linux-image-gta02 now corrupts my 8GByte Samdisk SDHC card on suspend, where i had no problems with the previous kernels with the workaround that turned the SD clock on when suspending. I assume this kernel has your latest SD mods in it.
