Yesterday (14 Feb 2012) I experienced much intermittent dropping in the
stream. In fact, it was so bad I couldn't get through much of the 11
minute video. I was watching:

However, I had *no* problems today (15 Feb 2012)--and I tested it at two
different times. So my guess is either you've changed something on the
server end (less likely), or the streaming anomaly was due to the
network traffic idiosyncrasies (more likely).
I have a Dell 2.5 Ghz PC, 4GB RAM, Windows XP, Firefox 10.0.1, US .edu
(but not Internet2).

Server 4.0.
Even though it appears that most people can play the videos without
problems, we are a little worried about those issues and we want to
investigate them further. Those who have had problems playing the
videos, can you please provide us with some more details, such as the OS
you are using, browser version and everything you consider relevant.

On this end, videos play fine for me on first go through, and in
general, look great! But if I choose to play the same video again
w/o loading the page, I get the Matterhorn loading icon.____
