I tried to get IE 2 for Macs on evolt.org, but only got 3.01. Is it still
available for download?

And as shameful as this may be, I've had the best experience with Internet
Explorer 2.0 on my old Compacts, collectively. It chokes on java, too.

But it's rock solid on the Classic II and SE/30's I own. I haven't tried OT
with them. I remained back with System 7.1, which doesn't like OT, for
the unbloated system folder. And it can use some of 7.5's goodies without
crashing, like windowshade. Even using OS 8's Appearance Extension
won't bollix it.
