Since .sea files are applications, they have a resource fork. If you
transferred them from a PC as a .sea file, the resource fork was stripped
off; hence you can't double-click on them and have them automatically
self-extract. I can't remember whether .sea files transferred from a PC
can be unstuffed with Stuffit Expander or not (I don't have any handy)m but
it's worth a try. If they can't be unstuffed, try to trsnafer the HQX file
from the PC to the Mac and then use Expander.
