I forget which is which, but they're in the same order as the ports on the
back of the card.

One represents AUI, a 15-pin D-sub connector.
One represents 10BaseT, which is an RJ-45 connector that looks like an
oversized phone jack.
One represents 10Base2, or thin coax.

The switch should be set to the jack you're using to connect, probably the
RJ-45 connector.
