Dangerous and, as far as I have found so far in my extensive internal
works, unnecessary. As pickle says a fly-back should make it a non-issue
but it doesn't stop me being careful....

I've stripped, rebuilt, serviced and messed with all three of mine on
numerous occasions, swapping floppies, hard disks, RAM and even the CPU
and never managed to fry my ass yet, and I'm probably the first person
it'd happen to if it could given my somewhat cavalier attitude to Mac
servicing ;).
