 From that numberv I established it is a 512k VRAM SIMM. The Chips are 
each 256kx16-bit fo 4 = 512kx32-bit, which is right for VARM SIMMs.

They are quite good chips, worth a little money and/or quite useful 
if you have LCs or Quadras.
