Down in the Online Resources section, you'll find a link to the Apple Tech
Specs page:
Macintosh SE/30: Technical Specifications, Apple
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=112170
According to both of these sources, the SE/30 does not have a DB-9
connector. Complement of ports would appear to be:
2 ADB ports for keyboard and mouse
2 DIN-8 serial ports on back of computer (modem & printer)
DB-25 SCSI connector on back of computer
DB-19 floppy connector on back of computer
speaker port (1/8" stereo jack)
You might have a Processor Direct Slot (PDS) adapter card installed in your
system. If you do, it could have a DB-9 connector. You'll have to look at
the card or locate its documentation to determine what the DB-9 connector
is for. For info about PDS slots, see:
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=10308
Good luck and never underestimate the power of the LEM!
