Ahh, okay. You're going to need a program called HFV Explorer or TransMac. 
I've personally only used HFV Explorer, but they both seem to work equally 
well. The trick is to find BinHexed files; that is, most of them will have 
hqx extensions. HFV Explorer and I think TransMac can then transfer to Mac 
floppies (And HDs, but that's a bit much) while unbinhexing them, so you 
have a nice healthy Mac file when you get back to your Mac. Windows will 
generally kill Mac files (it'll lose it's Filetype. Not a big deal for 
Stuffit files and some documents, bad for executable programs)
