Not confirming the authenticity of the box (which I doubt), but the Dymo 
label below the monitor in the middle left photo appears to read:

        THIS WAB FOR DEAF TDD ONLY
        DO NOT TURN OFF WAB POWER

Seems like a pretty elaborate mock-up to establish the box's pedigree.

But, barring some sort of third-party verification of the manufacture 
date on the CRT, while it was operating, I would still vote for this 
being a piece of "creative marketing."
