Try the "Free trial Download" of CD/DVD Speed Tools from <http://www.intechusa.com/> It's the full version of there CD Drivers that is good for 15? restarts IIRC. This CD driver has worked on every Player-Burner-ReWriter I have ever thrown it at! Doing an unsupported install on my 8500 rewuired however that I have an Apple Romed CD before it would work correctly. X seems to be _very_ picky when it does it's hardware checks. -- Aloha, Ken [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
