The only printer that all of your machines, even daddy's PC, will see, would be a networked postscript 2 laserwriter.
BTW I didn't know that one could drive a Deskwriter C via a print server. I wonder how you wanna do it.... Normally you just put a deskwriter on the network (you'll need a ethernet to localtalk converter for it then) and have all the computers talk to it via their own appletalk hp printer driver. I do know that you can print to Apple's inkjetprinters (Stylewriter xxxx) via a print server.
