Okay, call me blonde, but I'm confused.  What would I find at the 
"hidden" URL?  I think I get that the downloadable manuals are there. 
Is there a user discussion site there?  That's what I'd really like 
to find.  A place where Outbound users (assuming there are any left 
outside this list :-)  )  gather to discuss Outbounds.

My impression is that Cory is very helpful, but also a hub and 
there's no provision for user to user contact.   If there is an 
active discussion area hidden away, I must revise my opinion.
