Mine didn't have internal hard disk. It was only a casing still in the box (compontents in plastic bags suggested that it never had been used)... I put in a 120 mb 2.5 inch scsi hard disk. It was the only one I could find. Had to rob it from my powerbook 100. It functions just fine. Installing sleeper stopped the spinning somewhat but I thought it still too loud. The combination of drivers for the iomega floptical, the iomega zip and the asante en/sc together with sleeper caused a major conflict that made the system extremely unstable. I am back to the iomega floptical as a startup disk. It is by far the most silent boot disk. -- ---------------------------------------------------------- Check out the System 6 Heaven: http://www.euronet.nl/users/mvdk/system_6_heaven.html Subscribe to the LEM system6 list: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ---------------------------------------------------------- -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
