Hello!
I need, as soon as possible, some advice about this buying:
*Mac Classic with 4Mb RAM, 40Mb HD, keyboard and mouse. Known problem:
monitor does not work. But Mac does, as it can communicate by AppleTalk and
read floppies (told by the seller). Asking price is about $29.50
Good thing is that it is available locally (I mean in Valencia, Spain). As
I have told several times, Macs are not common here so I tend to pick up
every Mac at a reasonable price. I know in USA Macs are lots cheaper but
shipping a compact Mac to Spain, using slow surface mail, costs at least
$40.00 and takes 2 to 3 months.
So, what do you think?. I am good at electronics so the unworking display
should not be a great deal for me (touch wood :-)! )
