Hi

I posted this query quite a few days ago but I have not had any replies. Here it is
again for you to read and help if you can,

 Hello

I have just upgraded my Mac Classic to 4mb and have attempted to install system 7.0.1.
I boot up my mac and put in the floppy disk and click install. It starts to install
but then comes up with a dialog saying 'the installer has run out of memory please
close any applications and disable any extensions or INITs'. So I startup with
extensions off, assign all the RAM left to the installer but still it comes up with
the same. So i tried switching off my mac and booting with the installer disk. It
starts up, almost finishes but comes up with a system error (62 I think) saying system
extension conflict please start up with extensions off. So I did but still it says the
same thing. What is going on here? Is my disk corrupt?

Tim
