You've upgraded your Classic to 4mb. What size Hard Drive are you running? Have you had an OS on this machine previously and are upgrading to OS 7 or is this a fresh install? Have you used Disk First Aid from a Disk Tools floppy to reinitialize the hard disk before you started?
Where did the System 7 install disk come from? Is it from an image set you downloaded or is it an actual install disk? Lots of questions, I know... just fishing for more info.
