I don't know if iCab has them. But what I do know is that most of the sites that don't work for me with iCab, and do work with NN, require certs. It may be just that the sites reject iCab's id, which of course can be changed. But rather than muck around with that, or wait for some iCab bug fix(s), I just opt for what works NOW, i.e., NN 4.0.8.
