Hm.. I got the power wires outside, via the hole where the battery 
carrier is, and lashed up an old PC HD power connector to the floppy 
port and ran them off that. I now have an axial flow fan blowing air in 
under the handle and a pair of mini fans, one on each back vent (on the 
slanty bits at the top) pushing air out. The air is coming off at about 
30C (86F) from the vent behind the logic board, and seems to be fixed 
at about that.

Anyone know what the load maximum is for the +12V lines on the floppy 
port?
