Welcome :)

You name it. The ideal OS for the SE/30 tends to be 7.1 and I an very
impressed with mine.

This is a shot in the dark but I am thinking maybe 2.5, you want to
look for the newest 68K version even though it will be slow.

My SE/30 works flawlessly with 3 but if you have no reason to use
frames go with version 2. BE SURE TO TURN OFF JAVA!! My SE/30 will
"bomb" on most sites if it is left on.

I don't use modems anymore (even on my compacts); the Asante EN/SC is
an awesome SCSI solution if you want ethernet. There are even better
options if you want to surrender your PDS slot.

Apple Stylewriter ink tanks are still sold at CompUSA I believe. Check
eBay for the printer.

Anything SCSI or ADB you want.

The SE/30 can't do that without a PDS video card. There are some
1-bit, 2-bit, and 4-bit cards floating around. If you want color, get
in line. They are hard to find and if you are looking for a the
coveted Xceed then you will be expected to pay a few hundred dollars.

As long as you want simple HTML sites, you will be fine. Just have
patience. :)

We all do :)
