Last I knew AOL had quit working with anything prior to v4.0, which means 68Ks
are now fully cut off from AOL.

Canon BJ-02 carts are the same thing, although finding ones labelled for a
StyleWriter may be rather difficult.

AFAIK, there aren't any ADB scanners, and ADB is far too slow for scanning
anyway, but SCSI should be fine.
