hey i did this on my ext 1gb which worked fine.. i put OS 7.5.3 on the SE/30.. then when i hook the ext hd back up to the PM5260 i get weird startup tones.. i unplug it & it's fine.. i plug it back into the SE/30 & it's fine... ?????
