Dear Concerned in Connecticut,

I have an original Profile cable in front of me. It is a regular 25 pin 
ribbon cable with a male D connector at each end about 36" in length. 
Pin 1 is connected to pin 1. Pin 7 is removed on one D connector -- the 
one that plugs into the Apple II, III or, in your case, Lisa.
