Yes they are different, and they are marked as follows: "For PDS Cards Only" and "For DayStar Cache Cards Only" which would lead one to believe that it's not meant to be used with the DayStar Turbo 040s, which is probably true, but they work, with tolerable (and so far, fixable) firmware bugs.
