I looked in and can see the back of the HD, the floppy plug below it, but to
the left appears to be empty up to a metal plate about halfway towards the
front. Doesn't look like there's anything special in there. Oh well, I'm
still going to keep this Mac.
Next question: Since I can't hot swap the keyboard/mouse, can the mouse be
used without a keyboard? I could use Key Caps to type with when needed. And
can a keyboard be used without a mouse? And is there modifier keys to get to
menus and buttons, etc without the mouse?
