Once you have saved a circuit, it can be reused in other circuits as a module. I seem to remeber that it prints your diagram, but don't quote me on that. There is also a simulation mode in which you can set up various inputs and timing and have DigSim simulate the output. Output can also be simulated in real-time with manual input setting.
