I completed most of the plastic surgery this weekend, and pictures should be posted on AppleFritter in the next hour or so.
Just leaves:
USB ports brought out from PCI card to somewhere other than the middle of the side of the CC case (!)
LCD section connected to PCI graphics card, without 'going outside' the CC.
Fan near CPU, and other extra cooling if it proves necessary.
