Nice try ;-) . But both System 6 and 7's maximum partition size are the same: 2
Gb.

System 6's system folder do need to be blessed. You can  use System Picker, or
you can do it manually. I think this can be done moving the System file out of
the system folder (not to the desktop! just drag it into the drive's icon) and
then moving it back into the system folder. That way, the Finder will understand
that you're installing a system file, and will bless the folder.
