Many listers have, in the past, tried placing their motherboards into a dishwasher and washing them as dishes get washed, WITH DETERGENT.
This seems to work a lot of the time to clean up the board and make the Classic or Classic II run right again.
Will this work for boards from computers other than these, as well, or is there something special with the Classic boards? I've got a couple of old PC boards that need...something...done with them, I don't know what, but they don't function well enough that it'd be a great loss if the dishwasher fried them...
I'd have to lend them out to a friend with a dishwasher, I don't have one myself, could you somehow hand wash them, or is there somethin special about the dishwasher? Any specific brand of detergent?
