CRT Fatal Shock - Urban Myth?

Yes, those of us with compact Macs have heard for years how to be 
careful working with or around the CRT lest we receive a fatal shock. 
Yet, I'm curious if anyone here has actual firsthand knowledge of a 
fatality caused by working on a compact Mac.

"Jolt" stories also welcome, but if you are an actual shock fatality 
and want to tell us about your final moment, you really need to get a 
better afterlife...
