The modem port is what i want to use, for one it just makes more sence to me, 
and two i had seen that the printer port might be limited to 300baud though 
it is talking to the sun at 9600 fine so far. The problem is that ZTerm 
reports that the modem port is busy (ERROR: -98 unable to open I/o port) but 
it accepts the printer port just fine. But i cant see anything that would be 
using or trying to use the modem port. 

It works on the printer port, so its more along the lines of finding out what 
exactly is going on on my little machine.
