But this still doesn't answer my question - what do I use to open this disk image file so that I can get a System disk for the 128k Mac? If I were to discard Disk201.dsk I would be discarding the image file I should be working with.

I understand what you are saying. I tried to open it a few years back too, it doesn't work at all. Disk Copy, Disk Utility, Shrinkwrap, none of them can touch the thing. What I don't understand is why someone doesn't just make a .img, or better yet a .dmg, of the thing if they can open it, cause I sure cant.
