It came with my first Macintosh (an SE in 1997 or so) and it amazed
me at the time.  Who would think that you could play video games
on that 9" black and white screen?  It is even more amazing because
Spectrum Holobyte Tetris has run on every machine I've tried it on
-- even Mac OS X.  Most games would simply refuse to run because
they expect a black and white display, or simply crash.  The sound
was pretty good too.  It was far better than the MS-DOS games I
grew up on.

A guy I worked with told me that Beyond Dark Castle was another
great game for the Plus.  He also mentioned Bolo (it is some sort
of networked multiplayer game).

As for the G3: I think the drive will work with 800 kB floppies.
I seem to recall one of the issues with the iMac being the lack of
support for 800 kB diskettes (since the USB units are 1.44 MB and
maybe 720 kB).
