When I left Comp, I really needed one to work on my SE/30. I found the EXACT ONE at http://www.separts.com for (I think) 12 dollars. It's awesome, high quality, and has a nice thing to keep your hand from sliding onto the metal ;)

I've read about discharging an SE/30, but I didn't know if the Plus had a Ground Lug in the same place. I don't want to damage my Plus, because I love it more than my 17" Flat-Panel iMac!!!!! Thats a surprise!
If someone could answer these questions, I would greatly appreciate it.
