Hi Jerry, As far as I remember, and listers correct me if I'm wrong, the Mac floppy drives aren't the same as the ones used in PCs. PC drives maintain pretty much the same speed, where ever the head's positioned. The Mac drives devide the disk up in a number of zones, whenever the head moves to a certain zone, the rotational speed is adjusted to provide approximate even datadensity throughout the medium. So, more bits get written to outer tracks than to innner tracks. Still, IMHO, HD floppies should work fine.
