Yes you can do this. SCSI will support up to 7 SCSI items in series. Just
put the EN/SC at the end of your chain (since as I recall it only has one
HD25 connector -- it also has an HDI SCSI connector, but you'll need a
special cable for that -- if you have one you can put the EN/SC anywhere in
the chain). You CANNOT share a SCSI device between two computers -- NEVER,
EVER connect two computers together via a SCSI chain. If you want to share
the CDRW, you'll need to shout down your computers, move the device and
restart them to avoid trouble. As far as the EN/SC is concerned, you'll need
to use the EN/SC computer as a server. AppleTalk will come out of one
("client") and into the other via the printer or modem ports. Enabling
LocalTalk to Ethernet bridging in both, the "client" computer will see the
Ethernet network through the "server" computer which will access Ethernet
via SCSI. But DO NOT connect them together via SCSI! Good luck.
