A little OT but I just made 3 "640" copies out of 3 x AAA cells soldered in series and to the snipped off connector and wires from the original. I peeled off the velcro and stuck it on the bottom, holding the whole thing together with a couple of cable ties.

I put one each in a 6360 souped-up with a 6500 mb, a stock 6360, and a 631CD. All worked great.

3 x AAA battery is MUCH cheaper than a 640 on the internet, and has a longer mAh rating :-)
